Budget Tracking for Transparent Accountable Governance in Mindanao
(BTTAG Mindanao)
The Asia Foundation (TAF) through the Transparent and Accountable Governance Program (TAG)
supports the project Budget Tracking for Transparent Accountable Governance in Mindanao (BTTAG)
which aims to support civil society initiatives targeted towards tracking and monitoring the utilization of
the local budgets, conduct of budget analysis and evaluation and budget advocacy to influence local
government’s policies and programs related to budget planning, spending and accounting in Mindanao,
particularly in Davao City.

Coalition for a Citizen’s Constitution (C4CC)
The Coalition for a Citizen’s Constitution (C4CC) is the coming together of nine NGO-PO networks and
institutes committed to the establishment of a more just, inclusive and sustainable Philippine society.
C4CC pushes for the meaningful participation of the citizenry, particularly the basic sectors in the
reform process of the 1987Constitution.
The Coalition for a Citizen’s Constitution (C4CC) is the coming together of nine NGO-PO networks and

Quality Basic Education in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao
MINCODE in partnership with Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID) commits to
bring the different sectors representing the civil society organizations, private sector and government
institutions to discuss the different issues and challenges in the area of basic education in the
Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) and to identify possible convergence and action
points.
